Returns
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be unused and sealed in original packaging
- Discovery Sets cannot be returned once opened
- Refund processed within 5-7 business days to original payment method
Exchanges
- Exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery
- You can exchange for any product of equal or greater value
- For higher-value exchanges, you'll pay the difference
- We cover return shipping on exchanges

Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll send a replacement immediately at no cost.
