All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 3 PM IST will be processed the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (India)
- Free Shipping on all orders of ₹999 and above
- Standard Shipping (₹49) on orders below ₹999: 5-7 business days
Packaging
Every Itterio order is carefully packaged in our signature kraft box with protective padding. All bottles are individually wrapped to ensure safe delivery. Fragile stickers are applied on all packages.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email and WhatsApp message with your tracking number. You can track your shipment at any time using the link provided.
Delivery Issues
If your package arrives damaged or if there's a delivery issue, please contact us within 48 hours at hello@itterio.com or WhatsApp +91 88595 18859. We'll arrange a replacement immediately.
